How to Use a Detox Bath:
1- Depending on the size of your purchased jar, either pour the entire jar or scoop about 1/3 contents of the jar per bath.
The Black Lava Salt will turn the water a grayish color, this is normal and will clean up easily enough after your bath.
2- Soak about 20 minutes to 30 minutes. If you are new to Detoxing Baths, you may want to start with 10 through 15 minutes and then work your way up to the longer soaks.
3- Drink plenty of water Before, During, and After your Detoxifying soak to stay hydrated during hot baths.
4- After soaking and detoxifying, rinse off with freshwater and gently towel dry. Rinse the tub immediately after use for the easiest cleanup.Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate, Coconut Milk, Sea Salt, Activated Charcoal, Chamomile, Calendula Flowers, Lavender, Rose Petals, Hibiscus, and Orange Peel.
